All tours in this brochure are operated by Meetundersails, Inc. Asma Sok.7, 48400 Bodrum-Bitez, Turkey, herein
alter referred to as "Meetundersails". The attention of the tour participant is drawn to the conditions
below which constitute the contract between the tour participant and Meetundersails.
Booking: To
make a reservation, contact Meetundersails Agent or us directly.
To make your booking: you must pay a $250 deposit for each person and each tour booked, which should be forwarded
to us immediately, reaching us no later than ten (10) days after the booking was made to ensure that your booking
is not canceled. The booking becomes a contract enforceable against us only when written confirmation of your deposit
is dispatched to your travel agent. We strongly recommend you book your tour as early as possible to ensure your
place on the desired tour.
Amendments: Bookings
can be changed, provided space is available. There is a reservation charge fee of $30. An entire booking that is
changed is considered a cancellation, and could be subject to cancellation fees. This includes any change to the
air or yacht portion of the trip. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages and not a penalty.
Payment: Full
payment, less the deposit prepaid, must be forwarded to Meetundersails so it has to reach us no later than 36 days
prior to your departure from your home destination. In the event of failure to complete this transaction on time,
your reserved seat will become available for general sale and we will reserve the right to retain the deposit you
have paid. If the booking is made less than 36 days before departure, the whole cost must be paid at the time of
booking. Travel documents will be issued approximately 14 days before departure, providing full payment has been
received. In the event of late payment resulting in late delivery of documents, we accept no responsibility for
the consequences thereof. Prices mentioned in this brochure are in US dollars on a per person in a double room
basis. Meetundersails accepts all major credit cards.
Cancellation: In
the event that a tour participant cancels his or her booking, the following fees become payable: if the cancellation
is actually received in writing by Meetundersails more than 36 days prior to departure, an administrative fee of
$160 per person is charged. If your notice is received within 36 days, the following fees apply:

We strongly suggest that to allow for any unexpected
contingencies, you purchase trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance through Meetundersails or through
your Travel Agent. Cancellations must be made in writing and signed by the tour participant. Meetundersails reserves
the right to cancel the whole or any part of a tour at any time as a result of force majoure or for reasons outside
Meetundersails' control, including but not limited to the failure of any third party to perform. Any applicable
cancellation fees charged by a carrier from the point of departure are the responsibility of the tour participant,
but not limited to airline reservations canceled by reason of a tour cancellation by either a tour participant
or Meetundersails.
Refund of Unused Arrangement: Because Meetundersails' rates are based on group participation or minimum
nights requirements, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, tour service, or tour feature
not taken. If cancellation occurs while the tour is progress, no refund can be made for the tour portion not taken.
Surface Transportation: Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private
motor coach, minibus, or car, depending on the itinerary and the size of the group.
Accommodation:
Accommodation is in boats or hotels listed in the itinerary, or best available alternative.
Sequence of Itinerary:
Sequence of destinations and sites may change from the order given in this brochure, but none will be omitted.
Transfers:
All necessary group transfers between airports and harbors are included throughout the tours. Passengers arriving
early or wishing to stay on after the conclusion of any Meetundersails extended tour will enjoy all transfer arrangements
between booked places and airport as stated in the tom itinerary, even when these arrangements take place outside
the specific tour dates.
Not included in the Tour Rates: Passport costs, international airfare, air travel within the countries,
expenses in the US, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs,
meals not specified, any beverages with included meals (unless otherwise specified), and all personal expenses
incurred at the hotels. Also not included are the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to tour
participants' discretion.
Consumer Disclosure Notice: Meetundersails and/or their agents, act only as agents for the passenger
in regard to travel, whether by motorcar, van, minibus, boat, or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage,
loss, or accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of default of any company or
person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. They cannot accept responsibility
for losses, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sicknesses, strike, war, quarantine,
or other causes. The prices of the tours were based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of printing
(March 99) and are subject to adjustment in the event of any change therein.
All arrangements for land accommodations and transportation
are made by Meetundersails. Any action or proceeding arising out of any dispute with respect to these tours or
this agreement shall be brought in a federal or state court in the State of Mugla located in Mugla-Turkey. You
hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts in connection with any such action or proceeding.
Responsibility:
Meetundersails. has made arrangements for the tour services described in this brochure, including sightseeing,
transportation, and hotel accommodation. These tour services are not actually provided by Meetundersails but by
carries, yacht-agencies, and other supplies who are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees,
or servants, of joint ventures with Meetundersails or its affiliates. All written complaints must be submitted
to Meetundersails within 30 days from the return date of the person to her domicile.
Important Notice:
Meetundersails reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such a person's
health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the
rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers in the sole discretion of Meetundersails.
